Yeah. So we were talking with George Stokus about this because he really kind of spearheaded this reach center after Covid. It was it came out of Covid when everything was shut down and people were leaving. And, you know, industries were changing because we were very service oriented in Martin County. And so it was how we could get people who like students who maybe were not going to college, find a way to have other careers here.

Yeah. And we're really focusing on our legacy industries, right. So environmental, aviation, medical and marine.

Yeah, yeah. The other thing I love about the Reach Center is it's got that high school education component, right, for high schoolers who may not be going to college. And then there's a whole nother track, I guess, for people either who are unemployed, who are looking to enhance their skill set, or people who are already employed, but maybe looking to grow in their current career or switch careers.

With it. Yeah, they just finished their first cohort and that was with the school district and it was medical certifications. And actually we did a we did an interview with local media yesterday. They interviewed one of the young ladies who had gotten her certificate, and she's super excited to go out and interview. And she was even saying that as part of that course, not only did they learn, you know, the stuff they needed to do for the certificate, but they also had like interviewing skills.

And so they're learning these soft skills. To mock interviews so that, you know, if you've never been on an interview, you kind of know what to expect because it can be a little daunting.
